Keep queues and entrances clear
For a gathering, describe how guests move between arrival, refreshments and the restroom area. For work, describe the crew route and unloading zone instead. Select a position that does not turn a narrow passage or entrance into a bottleneck. Ask the operator to approve it and confirm relevant placement conditions.
Plan beyond the headline event time
Include preparation and clearing away, and identify permanent bathrooms available to those workers. Discuss washing, accessible facilities and supplies alongside quantity. Coordinate delivery with other suppliers and keep a collection contact available after guests leave. Confirm changes with the rental team rather than assuming the equipment schedule follows the programme automatically.
Where can restroom queues interfere with the event?
Look at narrow passages, arrival points and refreshment areas in the proposed layout. Discuss a position that lets people reach and leave the facilities without blocking those movements. Include the space around doors and washing stations, then have the organiser review the arrangement when other suppliers have finished setting up.
