Keep the station out of the bottleneck
Place washing where users can reach it without blocking a door, walkway or loading area. Explain whether it supports workers, guests or people handling an outdoor activity. Include use that happens independently of the toilets when discussing the station and its supplies.
Plan replenishment around access
On a compact property, service access can disappear as vehicles arrive. Keep the agreed route available and ask how water, soap, towels and wastewater are handled. Give the site contact a clear way to report low supplies. Delivery alone does not define the ongoing support included in the rental.
A washing station needs its own place in the layout
Leave a position where people can stop to wash without occupying the toilet doorway or narrowing a busy passage. Explain use related to food or activities as well as restroom visits. Discuss the water, consumables and wastewater arrangement for that use, including who reports a shortage when the property is busy.
- Space to use the station
- Expected independent washing activity
- Consumables and wastewater responsibilities
