Check the narrow points first
Before selecting equipment, identify the usable entrance, turns, overhead obstacles and final position. Note parking and supplier movements that may restrict the route later. Give the rental contact the actual approach and an on-site decision maker, not only the property’s mailing address.
Confirm the arrangement before relying on it
Review equipment, timing, washing, supplies and service, then share the accepted plan with the person controlling access. Ask how changes and final collection are communicated. A submitted form is an enquiry, not a confirmed delivery slot; contact the business directly for urgent booking changes.
Review access after the full layout is drawn
Mark the expected positions of vehicles, materials and other temporary installations, then check the restroom and washing arrangement against them. Share unresolved access questions with the relevant supplier and property contact. Keep the accepted version available for arrival and recurring visits so a later layout change does not leave everyone working from different instructions.
- Complete occupied layout
- Unresolved questions assigned to a contact
- Accepted instructions for arrival and visits
