Separate crew access from vehicle movement
A small building or renovation site may have workers, residents and deliveries sharing limited space. Identify the crew’s toilet route and a position outside the active unloading area. Explain the largest expected workforce and whether permanent bathrooms are excluded from contractor use.
Protect the service approach
Mark the agreed location before dumpsters, pallets and trailers arrive. Keep access available for recurring visits and report a changed gate or layout promptly. Discuss quantities, washing and service when the crew grows. Equipment should not be shifted by another contractor simply to release a parking space.
Keep the toilet out of competing work zones
Before another trade reserves the remaining open space, include sanitation in the working layout. Show where workers walk and where service access must remain available. If a skip, materials delivery or new work phase conflicts with that arrangement, request a review before moving the toilet. The equipment position should not change without the rental provider’s agreement.
- Shared layout for contractors
- Protected pedestrian and service routes
- Review before another trade occupies the space
