Do not fit accessibility into leftover space
Plan the accessible restroom route before parking, barriers and furniture occupy the property. Describe the approach surface and entrance constraints. Ask for the proposed model details and have the responsible organiser review the surrounding space, not just the equipment category.
Keep the route available while the site is busy
A delivery vehicle or queue can obstruct an accessible approach even when the original layout was clear. Assign responsibility for preserving it and include usable washing provision. The cabin specification is one part of the arrangement; it does not by itself establish whole-site compliance.
Plan access as a continuing responsibility
Identify who will check that the agreed approach remains usable during the activity. Temporary signs, bins and furniture should not gradually consume space intended for entry or circulation. Ask for the proposed unit’s actual features and have the responsible organiser review the complete layout; selecting an accessible category does not resolve every surrounding condition.
