Keep different users out of restricted areas
An occupied-property project may need toilets for contractors who cannot use household bathrooms. An outdoor occasion may need facilities for helpers as well as guests. Describe those distinctions and choose a route that does not rely on crossing private rooms, storage or active vehicle movement.
Make the practical handoff explicit
Identify who approves placement, who meets delivery and who can provide access for removal. Discuss washing, accessible entry and the expected busiest period. Confirm the proposed supplies and service, and have the responsible operator check any permissions. A short enquiry should start the conversation, not leave those responsibilities assumed.
What should a new site contact receive at handover?
Pass on the accepted equipment position, permitted approach, rental contact and process for reporting changes or requesting collection. Explain which users rely on the temporary facilities. The new contact should not have to infer the agreement from the equipment on site or assume that an estimated finish date is a confirmed pickup.
