Review the route after other suppliers arrive
A driveway or open area may be clear during planning but occupied by vehicles, materials or catering equipment later. Describe that final arrangement to the rental contact. Have the property operator approve the toilet position and confirm any rules affecting temporary placement.
Choose comfort within the practical limits
Discuss actual users, duration, existing bathrooms, washing and accessible needs. If considering an upgraded cabin or trailer, ask for its real features and setup requirements. Confirm the service approach and a removal contact before accepting. Appearance alone cannot establish that a particular unit suits the property.
Should the layout be reviewed after catering or furniture arrives?
Yes, check that the accepted restroom approach still works once the venue is occupied by its other installations. Screens, parked vehicles and stacked furniture can alter access without moving the toilets themselves. Have the organiser resolve any obstruction with the appropriate supplier and rental contact before it disrupts use or collection.
