Put sanitation beside the other site decisions
Mark where materials, waste containers or event furniture will go, then identify a toilet location with a usable pedestrian and service approach. Explain peak users and the availability of existing bathrooms. Do not assume that the smallest unit is automatically deliverable through every narrow entrance.
Keep the booking responsive to change
Discuss washing, accessible entry and the proposed support arrangement. Confirm placement permission with the operator. If dates, crew size or the layout change, ask the rental contact to review the accepted plan. Record the process for extra time and final pickup so the original estimate does not become an unspoken commitment.
What if storage takes over the planned service route?
Contact the property coordinator and rental provider before the route becomes unusable. Review how materials can be arranged or whether the equipment plan needs an agreed change. Do not move a toilet independently to recover storage space; its new position still needs workable access for users and servicing.
