Separate the event window from the transport window
A short booking can still require equipment on the property before and after the main activity. Explain when the area is available and when it must be clear. Confirm transport arrangements before allocating the same space to parking or another supplier immediately afterwards.
Resolve the essential choices early
Provide expected users, existing bathroom access, washing and accessible-entry needs. Identify who approves the position and can answer questions on arrival. Ask what supplies and service are included for the short period, and how a changed date or extended use should be handled.
Review the space commitment beyond the event
Confirm when equipment is expected on the property and how collection is arranged, not only the short period people will use it. A parking area promised to another group immediately afterwards may create a conflict. Explain the property’s constraints and obtain an accepted transport arrangement before allocating the same space twice.
