Name the service instead of assuming a package
If a camper or RV is involved, state whether you need an outdoor toilet for people, a holding tank or vehicle wastewater service. Those are different requests. Explain users, dates and washing needs so the proposal addresses the actual task rather than a broad RV label.
Check the occupied layout
Describe the approach after vehicles and outdoor equipment are in position. Confirm permission to place the rental and keep service access available. Do not assume a cabin booking includes a vehicle connection or tank emptying; have any separate wastewater arrangement confirmed explicitly.
Describe the equipment request in plain terms
Say whether the need is a separate toilet for outdoor users, a holding tank or work involving an RV’s waste system. Include the people, duration and final parking layout. Have the rental contact identify which services can be arranged and what the proposal includes; the presence of a camper does not make those different tasks one package.
- Separate toilet or vehicle-related requirement
- People using the outdoor area
- Explicitly included services
