Coordinate one entrance across several suppliers
Share when catering, furniture and other equipment are expected to arrive. Discuss a restroom delivery window that fits the venue’s access arrangements. Include the time facilities must be usable for staff as well as the public opening, and avoid treating all supplier arrivals as interchangeable.
Keep a contact through the cleanup
Nominate someone who knows the accepted equipment and can handle an issue during the event. Confirm service needs and collection instructions before that person leaves. The approach must remain available after guests depart; stacked chairs and waiting vehicles should not prevent the agreed removal.
Sequence delivery with the other suppliers
Ask the venue coordinator where deliveries can wait and when each supplier may enter. Give the restroom contact the relevant window and the point when facilities must be ready for use. Include cleanup and later collection access. Where timings conflict, resolve them before confirming instead of leaving the delivery team to negotiate an occupied entrance.
